Meet Chauncy Doan
Chauncy Doan is a dedicated therapist at Body and Mindfully Healthy. Originally hailing from the Pacific Northwest, Chauncy has been a resident of Southwest Virginia since 2012.
After completing military service, Chauncy pursued a passion for psychology, earning a Bachelor’s degree from Campbell University in 2009, followed by a Master of Science in Professional Counseling in 2021. With a career that began in 2007, Chauncy has gained extensive experience working with diverse populations in various mental health settings. This includes youth, adults, seniors, and individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Additionally, Chauncy brings both personal and professional experience in recovery from and leaving high-control religious sects and cults.
Outside of work, Chauncy enjoys science fiction, spending time with two beloved cats, watching true crime documentaries, and cherishing moments with friends and family.
